Data Deletion Request
Use this form to ask for the personal data RotaMuse holds about you to be deleted.
What gets deleted
Once your request is confirmed, records linked to the e-mail address you give are deleted or irreversibly anonymised:
- Your partner application
- Feedback you have sent
- Consent records tied to that e-mail address
- Routes you saved
Data on your phone is not covered by this form. Favourites, your route draft and the offline cache are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app or use Settings › Privacy › Reset consents.
Records we are legally required to keep — such as the deletion request itself — are retained for the periods listed in the Privacy Policy.
Timing
Requests are concluded within 30 days and the outcome is sent to the e-mail address you provide.
